CTP for Fruit Crop Research
Biotechnology and Biological Sciences Research Council (BBSRC) and UK leading fruit industry organisations jointly funded Collaborative Training Partnerships (CTPs) to train the next generation of skilled people for the horticultural research base and wider bioeconomy by providing PhD students with a first-rate, challenging research training experience within the context of a mutually beneficial research collaboration between academic and partner organisations.
This pioneering partnership between businesses, research providers and the AHDB will provide a world-class horticultural and bioscience UK research training programme. The programme will address the scientific challenges faced by agri-businesses, from crop production, food quality and supply, through to consumer preference and consumer waste.
All current student research opportunities are advertised on this webpage.
